At art-K, we’re always looking for new ways to inspire creativity in children and help more families discover the benefits of art education. That’s why we’re excited to be advertising on Sky’s family entertainment programme GOAT.

While television advertising may seem like a big step for a children’s art club, the decision is actually rooted in something very simple: reaching creative, curious children and their aspirational parents who want to help them thrive.

Creativity Deserves a Bigger Stage

For over two decades, art-K has helped thousands of children develop confidence, creativity, and artistic skills through our structured, nurturing art classes. Yet many families are still discovering us for the first time.

The advert features one of our popular ‘house projects’ and this student has been inspired by James and the Giant Peach, which perfectly encapsulates the blend of imagination, storytelling and skill development that sits at the heart of the art-K curriculum. By showcasing a project based on a classic children’s story, we’re able to demonstrate how art can help children engage with literature in a deeper, more personal and creative way.

Art remains one of the most valuable ways for children to express themselves, develop problem-solving skills, and build self-confidence.

Reaching Families Where They Spend Time Together

One of the reasons GOAT stood out to us is its family appeal. Programmes that children and parents enjoy together create a unique opportunity for brands like art-K to connect with the whole household.

Choosing an extracurricular activity is often a family decision. Children are excited by the idea of creating artwork and learning new techniques, while parents are looking for activities that build confidence, encourage focus, and provide meaningful screen-free experiences. Advertising during family viewing helps us speak to both audiences at the same time.

Celebrating Ambition and Self-Belief

At its heart, GOAT is about ambition, determination, and believing in yourself. Those themes resonate strongly with what we see every day in our studios.

Many children arrive at art-K believing they’re “not artistic.” Through encouragement, guidance, and a carefully structured curriculum, we regularly watch those same children grow in confidence and achieve things they never thought possible.

Art isn’t about being the best. It’s about developing skills, embracing challenges, and taking pride in progress. Those values align perfectly with the positive messages that family entertainment programmes aim to promote.

Investing in the Future of Creativity

Creativity is becoming one of the most important skills for the future. Whether children go on to become artists, designers, engineers, scientists, or entrepreneurs, the ability to think creatively and solve problems will help them succeed.

At art-K, we’re passionate about nurturing those skills from an early age.

If even one child sees our advert and decides to pick up a pencil, paintbrush, or sketchbook for the first time, we’ll consider it a success.

Because every creative journey starts somewhere, and at art-K, we’re proud to be the place where so many of those journeys begin.
