Painting the Perfect Event
The Art Project
You can choose a project from our brochures with activity lengths from 1.5 – 2 hours. You can also work with us to create a bespoke experience tailored to your theme, event, or group for an extra charge!
We provide everything needed for the project, including:
- Studio space
- Art supplies (canvas, paints, pastels, etc.)
- Table coverings (optional)
- A friendly and experienced art instructor!
If the event is off-site, you provide:
- A clear workspace (indoors or outdoors)
- Tables and chairs
- Access to water and power if possible (for rinsing brushes and hairdryers)
- Aprons or smocks (optional!)
Set Up & Clean Up
We make it easy for you to relax and enjoy the day.
If your event is hosted in our studios, you only need to remove decorations/food and return the studio to how you found it.
If the event is off-site:
- We’ll arrive 30–60 minutes early to set up the art station.
- We’ll bring everything needed for the art project and leave no mess behind.
- Our cheerful art leader will guide the activity.
- Once the session ends, there’ll be time to admire the artwork and take photos.
- We’ll handle clean-up and pack away materials so you can enjoy the event.
- We’ll end with a cheerful goodbye and a final check-in before leaving.
Event FAQ
You can choose a project from our brochures or work with us to create a bespoke
experience tailored to your theme, event, or group for an extra charge!
Once a deposit is paid, it enables us to secure and confirm the resources required
for your event. Currently, we allocate a week to finalise these arrangements, after
which the event date is secured, and you may begin inviting guests. Following
confirmation, we work with you to determine individual preferences, project selection,
and the desired order of activities for the event. We remain committed to our process
to ensure that you receive the best possible event experience!
We’re happy to facilitate a party for any number of adults or children, however the minimum
payment starts at 10 children/7 adults.
We recommend dressing in clothes that are ready for a little creativity, as we don’t
provide disposable aprons. While we’re always careful to avoid getting paint on clothes, this will be an art activity involving paint, so we can’t guarantee that paint won’t get on your clothing.
For children’s birthday parties, the birthday child should be turning 6 or older, and
guests should ideally be in Year 1 (ages 5–6+). For siblings younger than 5, they are welcome to
attend, and if they take part in the activities, they’ll count toward the total number of
guests. We recommend an adult stay close by to assist little ones so our instructors
can focus on the main group.
- 3:30 – 4:00: We arrive and set up
- 4:00 – 6:00: The main event and art activity starts
- 6:00 – 6:30: Clean up and say goodbye!
Times & Prices
These will vary in each studio, but here’s a rough guide:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
£300+, depending on the quantity of party-goers and options selected.
